ATTY. JOFFREY JORGE D. CAGUIA 

Atty. Joffrey Jorge D. Caguia is at the top of his game by becoming one of the founding partners of CTC Laws. His areas of specialization include, among others, litigations, corporate and business law, intellectual property laws, data privacy law and labor laws. He completed his law degree at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Atty. Caguia has backgrounds in political science and information management being a graduate of Arellano University and of ABE International College of Business and Accountancy, respectively. From 2013 to 2018, he worked as a paralegal for Sycip, Salazar, Hernandez, and Gatmaitan Law Offices, the number 1 law firm in the country, while enrolled at PUP Law. His tough experience there, under the tutelege of some of the brightest minds in the legal profession, honed him for his own practice today. After his admission to the bar in 2018, he engaged in more than two (2) years of legal works as sole practitioner. In 2019, he joined the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) as lawyer for its anti-fraud division. Atty. Caguia is an active member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Pasay-Parañaque-Las Piñas-Muntinlupa (PPLM) chapter. 

ATTY. ABEGAIL L. TAN 

Atty. Abegail Tan, as a founding partner of CTC Law, practices in the areas of civil and criminal litigation, and commercial law disputes and alternative settlement. She also has penchant for data privacy due to the world's inclination to digital connectivity where data privacy violations are likely to be abundant. Atty. Tan holds a law degree from the Polytechnic Univeristy of the Philippines. She is also a developmental studies major at the University of the Philippines - Manila. From 2016 up to 2018, while pursuing her law studies, she took a stint at becoming a paralegal for a local group who catered mostly to the rights and causes of fisherfolks. In 2019, she was employed as an anti-fraud officer of PhilHealth. As such, she was tasked to investigate and file cases against healthcare frauds committed by health care institutions and professionals. Atty. Tan is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Caloocan-Malabon-Navotas (Calmana) chapter.

ATTY. SHERILY CUA 

Atty. Sherily Cua is a founding partner of CTC Law. Her practice areas are focused on labor cases, criminal and civil litigations, and commercial law. She has extensive experience in government service where she acquired gainful knowledge in the application of legal principles. For almost 7 years, Atty. Cua involved herself in the crafting of ordinances in the City of Manila by being a local legislative staff officer III of Councilor Anton Capistrano. In July of 2019, she joined the ranks of lawyers who are engaged in the crackdown of fraudulent transactions in the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation. She was formally inducted as a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines with Caloocan-Malabon-Navotas (Calmana) as her membership chapter. Atty. Cua is a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in History at the University of Santo Tomas. She obtained her law degree as an "iskolar ng bayan" from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, having been taught by some of the best legal minds in the country. Atty. Cua dedicates her full commitment to the firm for the accomplishment of greater things for their clients and a multitude of stakeholders.
